Using our proprietary BPI methodology, we quickly and effectively identify, develop, deploy and improve processes and systems. This methodology includes the identification of Red Clouds^SM, or opportunities for improvement, that are then grouped according to importance. Typically, we identify up to 300 process opportunities in an enterprise-wide consulting assignment.
