Process Owner Identification
A complete list of logical process owners who will be the key active members of the implementation team to ensure the successful and effective deployment of the enterprise system.
Implementation Plan
A comprehensive project deployment plan, which will also incorporate other specific requirements.
Leadership Review
A detailed review with the leadership team will conclude the Business Assessment. We review the findings, the system map, the process owner list and any issues that may have arisen. Finally we will strategize on the deployment plan that will include roles and responsibilities and the expected resources and time that will be dedicated to the successful deployment of the system.
