Don founded the company in 1993. Don is a senior consultant and also spearheads program development. He has over 30 years experience working in senior level positions at various companies within Europe and the United States, including VP of Engineering, Director of Operations, Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Advanced Manufacturing Development. Don graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bath University, UK.

Julia M. James, VP Marketing
Julia is a principal of the company. She has responsibility for marketing and strategy. Previously, Julia founded a marketing communications company in Massachusetts. She has also worked as Director of Marketing for a medical company, an analyst for a market research consultancy and in sales for Procter and Gamble, UK. Julia holds an MBA from F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College, Wellesley, Mass., and a B.A. in European Studies from Bath University, England.

Susan J.R. Smith, Senior Mapping Specialist
Susan has responsibility for technical documentation, including process map production and review. She is also the editor of Process Mapping with Visio training manual and provides technical telephone support for clients. Her previous business experience includes general management and financial management, with an emphasis on establishing processes for start ups.

Rachelle Costas, Client Services Manager
Rachelle is our client liaison, responsible for project scheduling and administration. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.

Diana Perry, Program Director
Areas of expertise include process mapping, process map production, and mapping training. She is a contributing editor to the Process Mapping Using Visio training course and an instructor for the Business Enterprise Mapping training courses. Diana studied Business Administration at Wichita State University, Kansas.

John C. Walker, Program Director
John has extensive experience in research, design and delivery of processes and organizations for supplying sophisticated hardware to highly-regulated industries such as aerospace, military,
telecommunications and bio-pharmaceuticals.
He has over 30 years of experience in senior level positions and 11 years in BPI. John holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied
Chemistry and a Masters in Engineering-based Manufacturing.

Mark Glasier, Program Director
Areas of expertise include consulting for certification to standards, process improvement, process mapping, marketing and training. An Army veteran, Mark has secret security clearance and is a member of the Nuclear Surety Program. He is an MBA graduate and is also an instructor at Northeastern University and the University of Phoenix.

Jason Franks, Mapping Specialist
Jason is responsible for process map production. His experience includes training, project management and client services in the software industry. Jason graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Justice Studies and Asian Studies.

Greta Verougstraete, Admin. Assistant
Greta has more than ten years experience in business administration in the financial field. She holds a bachelors degree in PR and Languages from the University of Ghent, Belgium
