A practical two day course in the techniques of converting the results of process mapping exercises into process maps using Microsoft Visio software. Hands-on computer training.

  Prerequisites
  Power of Process Mapping training course recommended.  Familiarity with Microsoft Windows required. Participants must bring a laptop computer and mouse with Visio 2003 or 2007 installed.
