Introduction to Business System Architecture

Introduction to Business System Architecture is taught by an enterprise mapping pioneer, Don James, who invented the Perigon Method for process mapping and process improvement. By developing the business system architecture of an organization’s workflow, leadership can create a common understanding of process flow that provides many organization benefits, including the prioritization of improvement opportunities, the ability to compare performance across a variety of processes, to cross-train people, and develop their capabilities, and to benchmark performance against other organizations’ best practices.  Shown following is the agenda for this one day course.
